The Trios Hotel - Kochi

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the bustling shopping areas. Accessing famous spots was easy. Room service responded quickly, and the availability of ironing facilities made it easier to look sharp. Cleanliness left much to be desired-dusty surfaces and a dirty water boiler that no one replaced despite requests were disappointing. The power went out when we tried to use the heater, and management seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. It felt dismissive when we raised issues at checkout. While the breakfast was simple, the overall service efficiency was lacking.

Fine overall experience. Fairly clean place with city views and extremely responsive and courteous staff. Location next to famous shopping complexes and the main shopping center. Also, close to the Metro.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Marine Drive and the main shopping area. The Beautiful Double room was super spacious and included a reading table and a wardrobe-perfect for my needs. The room service was prompt, and I loved that the restaurant allowed me to order through Swiggy, giving me flexibility.

Everything was wonderful during 2 days, enjoyed its particularly good and brilliant location just off the shopping district, the main shopping center and famous shopping complexes. Staff where gentle, room was nice with himalayan cool ac. Exceptional services were available❤

Miscommunication about the breakfast policy also left a sour taste, with signs suggesting it was complimentary, while the reality was different.

The location is super close to shopping spots. Room was spacious with an electric kettle, minibar, and a tv. Really enjoyed the spa facilities. Quick room service when I needed extra stuff. They even had a private bathroom with free toiletries. Staff was helpful when I asked about amenities.

I really appreciated having a work desk, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my room. Plus, the location was great since it was right next to the main shopping center! 🛍️.

the ac didn't work at first but the staff quickly helped fix it the location is amazing right near mg road and the room was spotless really enjoyed the quick room service for extra requests
